BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Devin Adams, Forestry Technician Assistant, Grade 510N, $18.425 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective January 21, 2026.
Samuel Wier, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $42.968 hourly in the Division of Police, effective January 14, 2026.
Raymond Miller, Police Lieutenant, Grade 317E, $4,450.93 biweekly in the Division of Police, effective January 14, 2026.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
