BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the fixed price bid of CenterPoint Energy Services, Inc., pursuant to the delivery service tariff process, in the estimated amount of $245,470.00, for the provision of natural gas to the Detention Center, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with CenterPoint Energy Services, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the estimated sum of $245,470.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to CenterPoint Energy Services, Inc., from account #1101-505401-72102, pursuant to the terms of the bid and agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
