BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Letter Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (awarded pursuant to RFP 32-2022) with JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., for merchant services and electronic bill presentment and payment services to expand credit card and online payment options, for the Division of Revenue, at a cost not to exceed $19,409.60.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $19,409.60 be and hereby is approved for payment to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. from account # 1101-202101-0001-78101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
