BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Subrecipient Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lexington Habitat for Humanity ("Habitat") and LHH Transformation Housing Affordability, LLC ("LHH"), Habitat's wholly owned subsidiary, to pass through $10,000,000.00 in Commonwealth of Kentucky funds to LHH, for payment of costs related to a housing project proposed by Lexington's Transformational Housing Affordability Partnership.
