The Division of Human Resources conducted a classification study on the requested position of Director of Revenue held by Russell Cook within the div The position was analyzed by staff using the whole job rank and factor comparison methods. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 260.335 in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
260.005 1 335 532E Director of Revenue
Section 2 - That the following incumbent be and hereby is reallocated, with no change in bi-weekly salary:
Russell Cook, Director of Revenue, from Grade 531E to Grade 532E, at $3,490.64 biweekly.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
