BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Second Amendment to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with New Life Day Center, Inc., for the operation of the Litter Pickup Services with Panhandler Participation Program, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $60,000.00 from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $60,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to New Life Day Center, Inc., from account #4051-313201-3091-76101, pursuant to the terms of the Amendment to the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
