BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 4, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with BMI Builds LLC, for the Valley Park Building Renovation and Expansion Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $85,250.00, from $1,993,321.26 to $2,078,571.26, with a zero (0) calendar day change to the Contract time.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $85,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to BMI Builds LLC, from account # 1105-707602-91015, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
