BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 (Final) which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Lagco, Inc., for the Anniston-Wickland Phase 3 Project, reducing the contract price by the sum of $5,890.95 from $995,237.00 to $989,346.05.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
