BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Fayette Fiscal Court and Sandra M. Varellas, Fayette County Judge/Executive for the FY 2011, FY 2012, AND FY 2013 County Road Aid Fund Program for Fayette County.
Section 2 - That a budget for road projects in the amount of $3,504,202 be and hereby is established in the appropriate accounts in Fund 1137 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
