BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Contract Modification No. Two (2) to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Palmer Engineering for additional design of Town Branch Trail Phase V, increasing the contract price by the sum of $43,500.00 and raising the total contract price from $696,502.00 to $740,002.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $43,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Palmer Engineering from account #3160-303202-90313, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Contract Modification No. Two (2).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
