WHEREAS, KRS 224.43-340 and 224.43-345 require the Urban County Government to have a five-year Solid Waste Management Plan and to designate the area affected thereby; and
WHEREAS, an update to the area shown on previous plans is necessary for the plan to be submitted for 2013-2018;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That, pursuant to KRS 224.43-340 and 224.43-345, the Update of Area Designation, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is approved and adopted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
