Summary
Authorization to execute an agreement with Newtown Springs, LLC, to establish conditions for permission to place flagpoles within the Legacy Trail easement, per the related Grant of Easement. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Newtown Springs, LLC, for installation of flagpoles within the easement granted by Newtown Springs, LLC, to the Urban County Government for the Legacy Trail, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
