BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 634-2016 is hereby amended to read as follows:
That an amount not to exceed the sum of $38,600.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Element Design, PLLC, from account 2607-707601-7211-90319, pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
