BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Marcus Jackson, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 515N, $20.213 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective November 9, 2022.
Clarence Miller, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 515N, $20.213 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective November 9, 2022.
Fred Haar, Administrative Specialist Sr., Grade 518N, $23.399 hourly in the Division of Environmental Services, effective November 9, 2022.
Joshua Roberts, Administrative Specialist Principal, Grade 518E, $1,901.68 biweekly in the Division of Police, effective September 28, 2022.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
