BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
John Walker, Public Service Supervisor, Grade 111N, $15.494 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective February 25, 2013.
Candace Wafford, Information Systems Business Analyst, Grade 120E, $2,570.56 bi weekly, in the Division of Enterprise Solutions, effective March 11, 2013.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:
Timothy Lee, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, in the Division of Waste Management, effective January 16, 2013.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
