Authorization to amend Section 21-37(d) of the Code of Ordinances to increase community service leave from four (4) hours annually to four (4) hours per month, effective January 1, 2027. Employees may only use up to 8 hours per month. At the end of the calendar year, any unused community service leave will be lost and it will not be paid out upon separation of service.
