BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
James Smith, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $18.750 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Timothy Lee, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $16.033 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Darrell Turley, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $18.750 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Ersula Killens, Stores Clerk, Grade 107N, $14.499 hourly, in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Preston Thomas, Electrical Instrumentation Tech, Grade 113N, $19.332 hourly, in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
