Summary
Authorization to re-establish and continue the Downtown Lexington Management District (DLMD) for a period of 10-years through July 1, 2035. The DLMD was originally established in 2015 per Ordinance 52-2015 and renewed in 2020 per Ordinance 32-2020. No Budgetary impact.
