BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the title and relevant sections of Resolution No. 557-2012 pertaining to the purchase of Lucas II Chest Compression devices and related equipment and services from Physio Control, Inc., a sole source provider (distributor), be and hereby is amended to provide for the purchase of $75,000.25 in devices and related equipment and services, and for future purchases as budgeted.
Section 2 - That an amount, in the sum of $75,000.25, be and hereby is approved for payment to Physio Control, Inc., from account #3200-505201-96709, and any future sums are approved for payment as budgeted.
