Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Resolution No. 568-2014 was enacted by the Urban County Council on October 9, 2014, specifying the intention of the Urban County Government to expand and extend Partial Urban Services District #7; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Resolution No. 568-2014 was published in the Lexington Herald-Leader; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67A.860, certified letters were mailed to property owners to be affected by the expansion and extension of Partial Urban Services District #7, informing them of the proposed expansion and extension and the time and place of a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and KRS 67A.860, a public hearing was held on November 11, 2014, to inform and receive the views of all interested persons concerning the expansion and extension of Partial Urban Services District #7.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.04 OF THE CHARTER OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT AND KRS 67A.150, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
