Authorization to abolish one (1) vacant classified position of Deputy Director of Administrative Services (Grade 527E) and create one (1) classified position of Administrative Officer Sr. (Grade 526E) in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council. The Division of Water Quality is requesting this reorganization to complete the organizational transition that began with the 2019 creation of various positions and can now be finalized due to the retirement of the former deputy director. Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
