BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Bluegrass Contracting Corp. for Meadows/Northland/Arlington Public Improvements Project, Phase 5B, increasing the contract price by the sum of $68,352.92 from $737,798.75 to $806,151.67.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $68,352.92, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Contracting Corp. $61,909.66 from account # 3120-303202-91713, and $6,443.26 from account # 4003-313202-9171...
