BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Engineering Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for the Sanitary Sewer Capacity Assurance Plan (CAP) required by the Consent Decree, increasing the contract price by the sum of $650,000.00 from $1,012,500.00 to $1,662,500.00.
