BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept a donation from Kentucky's Division of Emergency Management of five (5) light towers, for use at the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, the Division of Police and the Kentucky Horse Park Police, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
