BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:

David Barberie, Commissioner of Law, Grade 538E, $6,846.16 biweekly, effective January 19, 2026.

 

Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
