An Ordinance pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government charter creating the Office of Affordable Housing in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer; abolishing one (1) position of Affordable Housing Manager, Grade 526E, in the Div. of Grants and Special Programs and creating one (1) position of Affordable Housing Manager, Grade 526E, in the Office of Affordable Housing and transferring the vacant position; amending section 22-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances to renumber the affected sections; effective upon date of passage. Summary
Authorization to amend the classified and Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength, abolishing and creating positions as approved in the FY 2021 Budget process, to become effective July 1, 2020. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Office of Affordable Housing be and hereby is created in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer.
Section 2 - That subsection line number 840.020 of Section 22-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
