Summary
Request Council authorization to replace the failed cooling tower at 1795 Old Frankfort Pike/Police West Roll Call. The Division of Facilities & Fleet Management has determined that in order to expedite this project, the replacement unit must be of similar make/model from Baltimore Aircoil Company. Due to the long lead time for delivery of the replacement unit, we are requesting the Council's immediate review and approval of this purchase.
