A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Main Street Baptist Church, for short-term, temporary parking during the construction of the Lexington Civic Center (LCC) Expansion Project, on a portion of the right-of-way located on Jefferson St. in downtown Lexington, beginning upon the completed construction of a temporary surface parking lot and continuing for a term of three (3) years with two (2) automatic renewals of one (1) year each unless terminated by either party, at a cost not to exceed $90,000, subject to the sufficient appropriation of funds.
