BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Amendment to an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Main Street Baptist Church Manor, Inc., under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, to extend the performance period to June 30, 2023.
Section 2 -That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any other necessary amendments related to this Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
