BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to pay additional payments under the Memoranda of Agreement with the Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc. and various property owners within said Association, extending the period in which horses will be relocated and boarded for the Blenheim Sanitary Trunk Sewer Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the additional sum of $9,589.16, be and hereby is approved for payment to various property owners, from account #4003-303408-3466-92811, pursuant to the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
