BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the extension of the unit price contract with ATS Construction for asphalt resurfacing until July 10, 2014 pursuant to the terms of the bid and acceptance documents be and hereby is approved.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
