Summary
Authorization to amend the Professional Services Agreement (R12-2015) with Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Amendment to Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington-Fayette County Parking Authority, for the reimbursement of the cost of repairs to the District Courthouse Parking Garage, at a cost not to exceed $320,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $320,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lexington-Fayette County Parking Authority from account #4022-707104-76101, pursuant to the terms of the Amendment to Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
