BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Purchase of Service Agreement (Change Order No. 1) with Ernst & Young, LLP, to provide additional services related to a new City Hall procurement at a cost not to exceed $34,000.00 for Task “A” (RFP drafting services) and estimated not to exceed $40,000.00 for Task “B” (RFP response review services), if needed, and to extend the termination date to June 30, 2024.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed a total of $74,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Ernst & Young, LLP, from account #2614-133002-71299, pursuant to the terms of the amended agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
