BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an extension agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with CivicLex, Inc. for rental space at the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center to extend the current lease, Contract #268-2019, for a period of one year beginning July 1, 2023, in consideration of anticipated annual rental revenue in the amount of $3,528.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
