BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Law, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the unanimous Settlement Agreement, Stipulation and Recommendation (which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference), and any other necessary settlement documents, in Kentucky Public Service Commission Case No. 2015-00418, pertaining to the rates of Kentucky-American Water Company, which settlement is subject to the approval of the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
