BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept deeds of easement and to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition of right-of-way, to facilitate construction of the Mercer Road Improvements at Greendale Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $258,000.00, be and hereby is approved as project authorization funds for the Mercer Road Improvements at Greendale Project, from account #3160 - 303202 - 91715.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
