BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:

Richard Moloney, Commissioner of Environmental Quality and Public Works, Grade 211E, $4,038.48 bi weekly, effective January 23, 2013.

      Section 2 - That this personnel action shall become effective on the date described in each item.
