BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 -- That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington Community Land Trust, Inc., in order to allocate $2,000,000.00 of federal Grant funds awarded pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), for the construction of the Davis Bottom Community Center, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other necessary Agreements or amendments with the Lexington Community Land Trust, Inc., related to the use of these funds.
