Summary
WHEREAS, at the November 21, 2013 Corridors Commission meeting, the Commission heard a request from Southland Christian Church to waive certain aspects of the landscape requirements for one of the outlot parcels, of the Richmond Road Landscape Ordinance 213-83. The request was approved by the Commission and requires Council approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That based on the Corridors Commission recommendation from their November 21, 2013 meeting, a waiver is granted to Southland Christian Church from the Richmond Road Landscape Ordinance 213-83 to waive certain aspects of the landscape requirements for one of the outlot parcels. The changes are in the location of landscaping to accommodate internal movement in the outlot parcel.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
