This is a request to amend Resolution No. 463-2011 to grant the inducement to SIS, LLC instead of SIS Holding Company, Inc. as SIS, LLC is identified as the taxpayer that will be employing all of the employees and taking the tax incentives under the Kentucky Business Investment. The current resolution identifies SIS Holding Company, Inc. as the taxpayer.

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 463-2011 improperly identified the appropriate company which was to receive the one percent (1%) occupational license fee incentive; and
WHEREAS, this error needs to be corrected in order to ensure that the appropriate company is identified for participation in the program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 463-11 be and hereby is amended in all relevant sections to approve the granting of the economic development incentive to SIS, LLC, and to clarify that SIS Holding Company, LLC is an affiliated company.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 463-11 otherwise remains unchanged and is in effect.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
