BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Executive Branch and administration of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, and specifically the Mayor, Chief Administrative Officer, and Commissioner of Finance, are hereby notified that the Urban County Council’s ranking of budget priorities for Fiscal Year 2013, which were previously discussed at the Joint Budget Workshop on January 26, 2012, are as follows: (1) resolve the pension issue and retiree benefits; (2) infrastructure needs, including roads, garages, and sidewalks; (3) commitments to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government parks.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
