Authorization to abolish one (1) unclassified position of HANDS Nurse (Grade 514E), and create one (1) unclassified position of HANDS Nurse (Grade 514N) in the Division of Family Services, effective upon passage of Council. After further review of the classification’s duties according to the Department of Labor’s FLSA regulations, the Division of Human Resources has determined that this position will be a non-exempt position. Section 1 - That subsection line number 640.014 in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
640.014 1 513 514N HANDS Nurse
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on passage of Council.
