This is a request to execute agreements with other jurisdictions to participate within the Central Kentucky 911 Network (CKy911net) managed by LFUCG in partnership with selected vendors. The total cost for present and future fiscal years is offset by partnering agencies individual payments and E911 Fund revenues as budgeted within the Division of Emergency Management-911.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the standard Agreement for Cost Sharing for the Central Kentucky 911 Network, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the existing members of the network and with any additional jurisdictions approved by Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government's E-911 Board, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
