BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Woodfield Homes Association, Inc., Harrods View Neighborhood Assoc., First United Methodist Church, The Plantory (Get on Board), and Bluegrass Greensource, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That the amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Woodfield Homes Association, Inc. ($1,200.00), Harrods View Neighborhood Assoc. ($2,000.00), First United Methodist Church ($550.00), The Plantory (Get on Board) ($1,200.00), and Bluegrass Greensource ($1,050.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
