A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute an Agreement with Employment Solutions, Inc., d/b/a Fresh Approach, the final form of which shall be subject to approval of the Dept. of Law, to provide food service for the government’s motel-based winter shelter for persons experiencing homelessness, at a cost not to exceed $21,250 per week, contingent upon approval of any necessary Budget amendments, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any necessary amendments related to these services. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, the final form of which is subject to the approval of the Department of Law, with Employment Solutions, Inc., d/b/a Fresh Approach, to provide food service for the Government’s motel-based winter shelter for persons experiencing homelessness, at a cost not to exceed $21,250.00 per week, contingent upon approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary amendments to this Agreement related to these services.
Section 3 - That an amount not to exceed $21,250.00 per week is authorized for payment to Employment Solutions, Inc., d/b/a Fresh Approach, from account # 1145-155003-78112, consistent with the terms of the Agreement, and contingent upon approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
