BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Rob Ballard, Arborist Technician, Grade 515N, $18.923 hourly in the Division of Environmental Services, effective June 8, 2015.
Section 2 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Pay Increase in the
Office of the CAO made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Sarah Hamilton, Chief Administrative Officer, Grade 539E, from $4,570.12 biweekly to $5,000.00 biweekly, effective June 29, 2015.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date
described in each item.
