BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2-87 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby amended to read as follows:
(a) The members of the MSP Advisory Board shall be nineteen (19) in number and shall be appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority of the urban county councilmembers. Eighteen (18) members shall be voting members and one (1) shall be an ex-officio non-voting member. The nineteen (19) members shall be as follows: one (1) member from the Audubon Society; one (1) member shall be from the Lexington Lions Club, Inc.; one (1) member shall be from the Bracktown Neighborhood Association; one (1) member shall be from the Casual Riders; one (1) member shall be a citizen representing the division of parks and recreation Equestrian Program; one (1) member shall be from the Friends of the Dog Park; one (1) member shall be from the Greenways Community; one (1) member shall be from the Kentucky Border Collie Association; one (1) member shall be from the McConnell Trace Neighborhood Association; one (1) member shall be from the Lexington Youth Soccer Association; one (1) member shall be from the Masterson Station Neighborhood Association; one (1) member shall be from the Masterson Equestrian Trust; one (1) member shall be from the Fayette County Neighborhood Council; one (1) member shall be from the Meadowthorpe Neighborhood Association; one (1) member shall be from the Georgetown Road Corridor; one (1) member shall be from the international sports community; one (1) member shall be a representative from the Kentucky Radio Control Racing Club; one (1) ex-officio, non-voting member shall be from the urban county...
