BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Axon Enterprise, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for Body Worn Cameras and associated fees and licenses for the Division of Police, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Axon Enterprise, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $124,422.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Axon Enterprise, Inc., from account #3140-505502-75801, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
