BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line numbers 340.024 and 340.027 in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby are deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
340.040 12 510100 511N Treatment Plant Operator App.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective following passage of Council.
