BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Revenue, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to enroll as a participant recipient of funds from the Kentucky Housing Corporation’s Homeowner Assistance Fund, for payments related to delinquent LexServ bills, and the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized to execute any necessary documents related to such participation.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
